Hi, I’m Elena — licensed tour guide, founder of Olá Azores, and a true São Miguel local (RNAAT nº:16/2022/RAA).
I didn't come here for a season. I came and stayed — because this island is unlike anywhere else on Earth.
Every itinerary on this site comes from personal exploration: hikes I’ve done in every season, restaurants I’ve tested, viewpoints I’ve found on rainy detours. When I can't guide you myself, I work with a small circle of trusted local guides who share the same standards — people who know this island the way I do.
